Dear Students,
Greetings from your College.
Your college convocation will be held on Sunday, March 08, 2026 at 2:00 PM sharp.
Compulsory rehearsal will be held on the same day i.e. Sunday, March 08, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
Gowns will be available in the college on rehearsal day. For this you have to deposit Rs. 400/- as security fee. After deducting Rs. 100/- as hiring charges, the remaining amount will be refunded after the convocation.
Rehearsal on Sunday, March 08, 2026 at 9:00 AM is compulsory. Without rehearsal you will not be awarded degree.
If you don’t get your degree during this Convocation then Rs. 2000/- will be charged as a Special Fee to get the degree after the convocation.
Those students of the above said sessions, who have already received their degrees after depositing security, may get their securities refunded. They are required to deposit their degrees in the office up to February 16, 2026. They will be awarded degrees during the convocation.
The students will keep wearing the gowns during the proceedings and will not leave the Hall until the procession leaves the Hall. Children are not allowed.
